The finest oysters you ever did see, the London Oyster Championships is back, just in time for the grand return of the Natives! We all had such a blast last year – and this years edition is set to be even bigger and better than before!
With a heavy focus on sustainability and ensuring that we can all enjoy Native Oysters forever, this year we are working with a number of Experts and Foundations, including the British Shellfish Association and the Blue Marine Foundation. 2023 Champions
LONDON OYSTER SHUCKING CHAMPION
The 2023 Oyster Speed Shucking crown went to Federico Fiorillo, of Bentley’s Oyster Bar and Grill! Federico progressed onto taking part in the Galway World Championships – bringing home the title of the World Oyster Opening Champion!
LONDON’s BEST DRESSED
The title of London’s Best Dressed 2023 went to the talented Gabriel Waterhouse, from The Waterhouse Project! His stunning work was said to highlight and enhance the beauty of the Rossmore Native Oysters by our panel of judges.
