The finest oysters you ever did see, the latest edition of the London Oyster Championships has arrived to welcome back the grand return of the Natives. Taking over the famed Tabasco British Oyster Championships, the new London iteration of the event brought together some of the capitals finest shuckers, competing for the crown of the London Oyster Shucking Champion, and going on to representing our fine city in the Oyster World Championships.

LONDON OYSTER SHUCKING CHAMPION
This year’s crown went to Federico Fiorillo, of Bentley’s Oyster Bar and Grill! Federico progressed onto taking part in the Galway World Championships – winning the title of the World Oyster Opening Champion!
LONDON’s BEST DRESSED
The title of London’s Best Dressed 2023 went to the talented Gabriel Waterhouse, from The Waterhouse Project! His stunning work was said to highlight and enhance the beauty of the Rossmore Native Oysters by our panel of judges.
